Digital Processing Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Every product sold by A Little Yarny is delivered digitally, so nothing is physically shipped to you. The information below explains how your order is processed and how to access what you bought.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our system begins preparing your files for delivery. All products are delivered electronically to the email address entered at checkout. Processing is typically completed within minutes of purchase.
What the Digital Processing Fee Covers
The Digital Processing Fee covers secure payment handling, file preparation, hosting, and instant electronic delivery of your download. It is charged once per order, regardless of how many items are in your cart. Because nothing is physically shipped, this fee applies in place of any shipping charge.
Delivery Timeframe
Your files are delivered to your email inbox within a maximum of 30 minutes from the time of purchase. In most cases delivery happens much sooner. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your email provider.
How to Access Your Digital Products
- Check your inbox — within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, a delivery email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.
- Check your spam or junk folder — some email providers filter automated delivery emails. Please look there before contacting us.
- Download and save your files — open the link in the email and save the files to your device. Your download does not expire.
