How do I get my files?

Everything is an instant digital download — nothing ships. You'll get access right after checkout and a copy by email.

What format are the files?

Print-ready PDFs you can use on any device or print at home.

Can I get a refund?

Your files are delivered by email the moment you order, so once they've been sent the order is complete. If a delivery or technical problem stops you getting your files, email us within 14 days and we'll put it right. See our Refund Policy.

Do you use US or UK terms?

All patterns and notes use US crochet terms.
