Thank you for your purchase. Everything we sell is an instant digital

  download, so please read this policy before completing your order.                                                                                                                                       

  Digital delivery

  All products are delivered electronically to the email address you enter

  at checkout. Once your order has been processed and your files have been

  sent, delivery is considered complete and fulfilled in full.

  When we will refund you

  We are happy to help with a refund if:                                                                                                                                                                   

  - You have not received your files because of a delivery error on our side.

  - You have a technical problem that stops you accessing your files and our

    support team cannot resolve it.

  When we cannot refund you

  Once your files have been delivered to your email address we are unable to

  issue a refund, as the product has been delivered in full and digital goods                                                                                                                              

  cannot be returned. This includes:

  - Orders where delivery to your email has been confirmed.

  - A change of mind after delivery.

  - Not downloading or opening your files within a reasonable time, where

  How to request a refund

  Email alittleyarny@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order

  number and a description of the problem. We review every request promptly

  and a real person will reply.

  Please contact us before opening a dispute — we would always rather fix the

  problem for you.
